咖哩排骨 Curry Pork Rib

怎么一早醒来,就是很想吃咖哩。哎呀,公司又没有煮咖哩的午餐。忍!!忍!!忍!!决定今晚一定要煮咖哩。

上次看到Yoon Lai煮的咖哩鸡很不错,尤其是颜色和家乡要一样。我就忍不住问她的食谱。从他的食谱发现大多数材料我都有。由于,我比较喜欢吃排骨,不如试一试,煮了第一次,味道有点接近,可是还不满足。再尝试第二次,味道比较不错了。

今天是第三次尝试,除了参考他的食谱,自己开始尝试自己的方式和这里的原料。哈哈!!

材料:排骨两排,咖哩粉2汤匙,盐,小红葱10粒,石古粒(马来名称:Buah Keras/英文名称:Candle Nuts),马铃薯3粒,椰浆粉一包

做法:

  1. 把小红葱和石古肉搅烂
  2. 把油锅弄热,先煎马铃薯,然后拿上来放在盘子。
  3. 再次弄热油锅,炒小红葱,然后倒入排骨,加上2汤匙的咖哩粉,一直翻炒。
  4. 椰浆粉加上400ml的水,倒入锅里。
  5. 慢慢焖煮30分钟。

哈哈!!大功告成,如果你要稀的咖哩,就要加多一点水。如果要浓的咖哩,就慢慢焖煮,记得要翻一翻,以免锅底烧焦。

这次煮出来是比上两次和之前数十次的尝试,有进步了少许!!味道越来越接近家乡咖哩。只是不知道到底还有那一点还要进步??朋友,你知道哪里还需要改进吗??

昨晚的咖哩排骨还有剩下,吃不完。放工回家的路途中,突然间想到,不如加一点配料,就成了一盘香浓浓的咖哩排骨饭!!哈哈!!

回到家之后,忙着蒸2粒鸡蛋和炒江鱼仔,弄热昨晚的咖哩排骨。哈哈!!就成为了我们今晚的咖哩排骨饭!!

看起来有点像nasi lemak,可是一般白饭而已。下次,或许可以尝试煮nasi lemak了。哈哈!!这就是今晚的晚餐。

哇!这次竟然有我最爱吃的curry!尤其是curry配饭!!真是一绝!!
我还不曾吃过curry排骨哦~ 我每次都煮鱼和鸡肉的而已。。等我回去了我也要试试看了。。
我每次都懒惰拿那个potato去煎,是不是煎过的会比较美味呢?

my Chinese mother in law makes a really nice chicken curry, I never considered to have it with ribs. It looks tasty, shame you can’t get it perfect for your own taste yet /happy

this石古粒bought from Tesco Penang, we brought it from MSia. until today , we havent visit Indian Store, thus dun know whether get from Indian Store.

卖相很好喔,但我个人比较喜欢水一点的。咖哩没加辣椒?那会辣吗?

我妈妈煮咖哩的马铃薯没有炸过(以前妈妈也有炸)因为觉得炸过后加入咖哩里汤会变得比较油,而且不炸可以上狠多功夫。

之前,我还以为咖哩排骨是很普遍的家常便菜,可是最近我才知道好像只有我的妈妈煮而已!!
我把马铃薯煎过,以免马铃薯容易太烂。我看妈妈是没有煎过的!!
感觉吃起来,有煎的马铃薯比较香!!

虽然没有放辣椒,味道还是辣,我用的咖哩粉是BABA’s Chili Powder,或许你可以试一试。 
有时,我看到太油,我会先拿掉油层。
