Pocket Bike

离开公寓后，我留意附近的空地。记得上个星期这里的空地有人玩模型汽车，可是我看到的是空地一片。拨电告诉权雄不要白走一趟了。

谁知道他不死心，还是独自一个人去空地走走看看。如果他没有出去走走看看，他就无法拍到蓝天白云和我分享！！如果他没有出去走走，我就误会了空地上的活动了。你们还记得那天给你看的这张照片吗？？你们看到这张照片想到的是什么？？

这个人不是大人，是小孩。小孩有驾驶执照吗？驾驶这款电单车不必有执照！！因为这个小孩驾驶的电单车是迷你电单车，英文的名称是Pocket Bike。空地上的活动是驾驶Pocket Bike。虽然我错过了，但是权雄拍了照片回来。回来之后， 他看图向我解说当天的情形。我要把他的解说记录下来在这里了，和大家分享。

好奇的我当然问了不少问题：Pocket Bike是不是一样靠电油燃料？答案：是。哎呀，如果油价飘升的时候，这个嗜好也会随着油价提高。要玩Pocket Bike也要有本钱，才能！！照片里，你们可以看到大人把电油倒入了Pocket Bike。

到底一辆Pocket Bike卖多少钱呢？权雄得到的消息是，中国进口的Pocket Bike卖RM1000左右，而欧洲进口的Pocket Bike卖RM4000左右。有个人告诉权雄，虽然中国进口的Pocket Bike比较便宜，可是为了达到个人理想的Pocket Bike，还需要改装，要花的钱在改装也不少，不如直接买一辆欧洲进口的Pocket Bike比较值得。到底要买哪里进口的Pocket Bike，也是见仁见智！！

难道小孩驾驶Pocket Bike没有危险吗？毕竟他们都没有驾驶执照，不怕意外的发生？其实，不管是大人还是小孩驾驶Pocket Bike都好，安全措施当然也要做。和我们驾驶电单车一样，驾驶Pocket Bike也要有头盔。除此之外，手套，护手护脚的功夫也不可以少，连服装也有。 只是看你个人要不要做足防备。生命只有一次，安全措施最好做足！！

Pocket Bike是否可以安全上路？在马来西亚，能上路的车子都要上路准证，这也是我们每年更换路税来换取准证上路。因此，想要驾驶Pocket Bike的朋友只有在适合的辽阔空地上驾驶，而不是到处都适合驾驶。

权雄能在这里拍到Pocket Bike的照片，因为在One Stop有一间售卖Pocket Bike的老板在这个空地上办驾驶Pocket Bike的活动。拥有Pocket Bike的驾驶者把他们的Pocket Bike带来了这里驾驶，当然也可以趁机和其他爱好者交流。我说这个老板很聪明，可以给顾客很好的交流空间，说不定还会带来生意，让更多知道哪里可以买到Pocket Bike和配备！！一举数得。

别以为驾驶Pocket Bike是男人的玩意，也是女生的玩意。权雄看到了女生也来参与玩Pocket Bike。看看她们的样子，驾起来还蛮有形！！只是想到在炎阳高照的早上，驾驶Pocket Bike也要作防晒功夫！！

权雄旁述，我写文章。让我把这小玩意介绍给大家，说不定你们看了之后有兴趣来观看！！来槟城游玩的朋友或者住在槟城的朋友，想要看Pocket Bike这个玩意， 记得在星期天早上来到日落洞高速公路寻找Pocket Bike的踪影。

虽然我没有机会亲自去看看这个Pocket Bike的玩意，但是权雄把情景都拍下来，看看照片也乐在其中。说不定某个星期天，我也要亲自去走走看看Pocket Bike。

    蛮特别的，不过没想到这么小辆的车子居然这么贵！RM4000，可以买辆单车来骑了。

      RM4000确实可以买到一辆性能比较普通的电单车
      或者可以买一辆二手电单车
      对于一般家庭来说，这样的花费有点奢侈

    这玩意儿很难平衡哦。。。。因为可以被控制的radius也未免太小了。。。。。。比较适合小孩子驾驶吧？

    Hi all,
    1st of all, tq Sock Peng for taking nice pictures and also the great write-up. Very appreciated.
    My name is Ron. I am the 1 who own the Pocketbike shop in 1-Stop and also the organizer for the Pocketbike activities not only in Jelutong Expressway, also the competition in Esplanade and events in Autocity Juru.
    To those who can’t afford for a Formula 1, racing with Go-kart is also a good option. Therefore, to those who can’t afford to race in MotoGP, racing with Pocketbike is still a very good option too. Fyi Go-kart is the miniature size of F1 while Pocketbike the miniature size of MotoGP. If you still can’t afford for this miniature motorsport, then you can consider for racing with economical Remote Control car (from around RM10 you can get 1 set). If still have can’t afford, then computer game still very fun too (RM5 to get a NFS CD).
    IMHO, Pocketbike is the best motorsport because of the very cheap price, easily can get the spare parts and easy-to-learn maintenance, a bike can be share with whole family members. Simply spend RM1800 and you can get a good tuned-up pocketbike with many extra parts fixed. Doen’t mean you have to buy an italy bike, unless you want to ride in a big track such as Langkawi Mofaz Go-Kart track.
    Pocketbike size so small until it can fit into the rear seat of a Perodua Kancil, in the lift and can store under your bed… lol!
    The fuel consumption? So cheap! The full tank can ride until up to 4 hours! Just imagine the full tank can consumed 1.5 Litres only. 🙂
    The parts if you take good care it won’t spoilt easily. So frequently check the condition after riding. Tire? If you ride like a rookies, it can last up to 2 years! 1 tire cost you RM50*, which inclusive of installation. (*this price is offered to those who bought the bike from me, otehrwise RM120)
    Myself I have many Italy bikes but I always ride China Pocketbike because the parts is a lot cheaper and easily can be repaired. Look at the picture, the guy who wear the Marlboro shirt, thats me! lol!

    Oh ya, I am doing the Championship this season. You will have chance to watch my customers race in Esplanade at morning almost every last Sunday of each month. The kids will be race under Junior category while their father/mother will race under Veteran category. I am target this motorsport for family. 🙂

    We will organize a Pocketbike Show at Youth Carnival in Autocity Juru at this Saturday from 1pm to 11pm. Those who want to test ride can come to the track to see me. My track should be located somewhere near KFC in Phase 3.
    Remember to bring along helmet and wear sportshoe. If possible, do not wear slack pants or tight jeans. 🙂
