If you are our frequent visitors, you will notice that our page is not accessible this afternoon. The same thing happened few weeks ago where the web is down for couple of hours.
What actually happened is, Exabytes’s personnel has placed a password protection onto the public_html ( in other words, it served as a temporary disabling of our webpage and only accessible with a know user ID and password ).
I have to admit that I have not really fully read the Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) (I wouldn’t have signing up with them at all in the first if I have read this earlier) entirely and only to notice that Exabytes’s AUP including that the allocated CPU resources to each of the Shared account is only 3.3%. With the first “suspension” I have already removed majority of the plugins, widgets from the main page (Now you know why the Chat box is gone again ). With the current super light main page, they once again complained that our webpage is again abuse and overloaded their server and they have to shut the page down.
I don’t know how a webpage would be supported by them with only allocated the 3.3% especially with all the scripts and platform that everyone using now a days.
Conclusion ? it is time to moves again. I have 100 days money back guarantee from this signup which will end these 2 weeks. So, I will have to act fast on locating the next hosting company / plans that I can use for our page. Really hopes that this will be the last moving.

Our traffic still consider pretty low actually. I actually still do not know why there is a server surge since it is pretty hard to debug. Still, will try to see which of the Share Host will able to handle this.

Cannnot be too slow also on identifying the new hosting as the 100 days money back guarantee from current hosting company will expires within these 2 weeks. Taking out 7 days for moving, it left with only 2 to 3 days to make a decision and start moving.

Actually is not hard to find a good one.. just a good one cost too much and for cheap one.. it always has its limitations. Just hopes i can find a reasonable ok hosting plan / server to keep the page running smooth.

We are only moving on hosting server ( it will be rather confusing if you do not understand how these thing works ). The web address will remains the same no matter where we are moving. So, don’t have to worry on loosing contact with our web.

Already 2 times of this happening within last month. Hopes this will not happen again after getting another hosting package / server. The web address will remains the same even if we are moving, don’t worry.

Before reading this, i have already tried to initiate a lives chat with the sales team which no one answering me and got disconnected after waiting for 5 minutes.
